Biography

Gary has over twenty years of experience in management within specialist children and adult services. His background is in social care and special educational needs within a variety of local authorities. Gary is skilled in assessing and reviewing current services and then redesigning if necessary to achieve efficiency. Gary has experience in SEND reforms and services, which when incorporated into his social work background, makes him a valuable consultant for whole school approaches. Delivering cost effective, efficient solutions is important to support educational settings, staff and students.
