Our services can be commissioned easily by school leadership teams in a variety of ways. School leadership teams can commission our education and health services through a service level agreement or on a standalone basis for pieces of work.

Which children and young people do we work with?

We work with children and young people aged 0-25 with a broad range of SEND. Our open referral policy means that we can work with the children and young people schools want us to support.

Our services can be funded through a variety of ways.




Where do our services take place?

Our education and health services take place within the school to support integration and co-ordination between our professionals and the school leadership team. Through providing onsite services we reduce the number of absences which would be caused by attending external appointments.




When would school leadership teams require input from EHP?

There are varied reasons why school leadership teams would require input from EHP, these reasons include:

  • Addressing specialist, targeted and whole school needs
  • Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans' requirements
  • An increase in social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs
  • The need for an integrated multidisciplinary service

  • Recommendations from other education settings

Training

Our training is available on and off site for education settings and organisations in relation to health, psychology and education.

Our multidisciplinary education and health professionals provide co-ordinated and integrated input to all education settings. We work in partnership with school leadership teams to maximise potentials and help children and young people to lead happy, healthy and fulfilled lives.
